The Project Management department at Eidel is responsible for turning ideas, technologies, and customer needs into successful deliveries. Our project managers lead multidisciplinary development projects within space, defence, and critical infrastructure, ensuring alignment between technical requirements, customer expectations, schedules, budgets, quality objectives, and project goals. By combining technical understanding with leadership and planning skills, they help teams deliver complex solutions in a structured and efficient way.
Project managers work closely with systems engineers, software engineers, hardware engineers, FPGA engineers, test engineers, quality engineers and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. They coordinate activities across disciplines, manage risks and priorities, facilitate decision-making, ensure effective communication between stakeholders, and maintain focus on quality, compliance, and successful delivery. Whether delivering secure communication systems, telemetry solutions, remote sensing technologies, satellite payloads, or command and control systems, the Project Management team plays a key role in bringing innovative technologies from concept to operational capability.
