The ILS (Integration, Logistics & Support) department at Eidel ensures that our solutions are successfully integrated, tested, delivered, and supported throughout their lifecycle. Our team combines expertise in system integration, test engineering, verification & validation, environmental testing, production support, technical documentation, procurement, logistics support, and troubleshooting. By validating that systems perform as intended and supporting them throughout deployment and operation, we help ensure the reliability and quality expected of mission-critical solutions.
Working closely with software engineers, hardware engineers, FPGA engineers, systems engineers, quaity engineers and project managers, the ILS team plays a key role in bridging development and operational use. From integrating complex systems and ensuring the reliability, quality, and maintainability expected of mission-critical solutions, to supporting production, delivery, and long-term sustainment, the department contributes across the entire product lifecycle. Whether supporting secure communication systems, telemetry solutions, remote sensing technologies, or space and defence applications, ILS helps transform engineering designs into reliable, deployable capabilities.
